My Recipe Jar App Reviews

I was looking all over for an app that did just this. I love it. The design is beautiful and easy to use which is my fav part, the recipes dont look cluttered. Totally worth the 99c! I love being able to share my recipe jar with friends and see their jars. Would recommend for anyone looking to store their recipes on their phones easily and be able to share.

This app is visually trendy and the idea is great. I was looking for something that would let me create and add MY OWN recipes and not just save someone elses, so this feature is nice. However, it is a little glitchy. I was almost done with a pretty big recipe when it crashed and didnt save. Also adjusting time and adding ingredients could be a little more stream lined. Otherwise though I like it so far. I just wish I knew more people that used it lol.

Great app, useful, cute, but simple interface. A little steep price for what you get, but Im happy with the product so I wont complain. Great that you can take pics of the recipes. Suggestion to creators. Use separate blanks for quantity, measure (cup, tsp, etc) and ingredient so that if you use multiple recipes, the shopping list can add up the ingredients appropriately. Keep the ingredients you use frequently on a list or to autosuggest!

Love this app. Ive been searching for something like this for ages and after many free and paid downloads Ive found it! The photo option is especially nice....and so easy to use. I like the social networking aspect too. Great!

Great app easy to use, only thing I would like to see us a way to download recipes from the Internet automatically.

I like the look of the interface and its super easy to use. There are a few thing s I would like to see though that would make this a 5 star: 1) ability to import recipes and 2) a way to move recipes btwn categories (savory vs sweet). I am using on an IPhone so maybe I dont have full functionality. Still like the app anyway

I like the app, I like that you copy and paste your recipe, add photos. The only think I did not like that app comes only with storage for only 50 recipes and you have to purchase extra storage. Its a big deal to me bc I have a lot of recipes and it will be pretty pricey.

Its a good app I love the concept is easy to use however it has errors a lot. It wont let me add recipes and it freezes. Other than that its great

Exactly what Ive been looking for to record my recipes. And so pretty!

I love this app a lot, the interface is nice and easy, and its simple to add recipes. There are some things that can be better in the future though: 1:to rearrange the ingredients, instead of having to delete text and rewrite to get in the order you want, 2: its not possible to take away uploaded photos after theyre up and 3: it should be possible to search for recipes on the Internet to add to my book as favourites. I hope these are features that can be adde in near future, because I want to keep using this app:)

Very nice simple layout that is pleasing to the eye. Easy to use. Allows you to take pics and copy/paste text and more!

Ive been meaning to get my recipes organized and download an app with which to do this for a while now and I love this one! I love the design and the functionality. It took me a while to figure out how to delete items off the shopping list but now I have discovered that, I love it even more! You cross them off!! Of course!! like a real shopping list! Love love love.

Only thing else that would be cool is to import a recipe from online. Otherwise awesome and who is Mr J?

I have been waiting for a good place to put all my pics of recipes. Over the past year, Ive accumulated quite a bit. This app is easy to upload the pic and name your recipe. Thank you, thank, you thank you!!!! I am now organized! Yay!
